Wiswall Dam Fish Passage Project, Durham, New Hampshire

The NRCS announces the completion of the FINAL Environmental Assessment of the Wiswall Fish Passage Project, Durham, NH.  This Environmental Assessment examines the impact of the fish passage project and several alternatives.  The preferred alternative is the installation of a Denil-type fish ladder and downstream migration notch.  This option significantly improves fish passage, while protecting important Cultural and Historic Resources at the site.
